To become a dealer, we require a business credential on file (File Copy FFL, SOT, business license, etc.--any one will do) to open a dealer account for you.
Our Dealer Pricing List outlines package pricing tiers, which are on a per-order, per line-item* basis. Package pricing teirs are applied per quantity of each line-item, per each order. The dealer pricing list is always kept up-to-date on this page via that link.
Once your dealer account with us is open, if you want to expand your dealership to allow for easier dealer purchasing online through our website (especially when we're out of office or during weekends and holidays), make sure to register a user account using your e-mail address (if you haven't already), then let one of us know you would like your X-Caliber.net web account registration to be upgraded to a web dealer account.
Then, whenever you're logged into our website on that account, you'll have access to order all bronze-level dealer pricing from all applicable items directly from our website. Any silver-tier or higher orders (line-item quantities of 10 or more) is best to go through me using the dealer order sheet, filled out, with a "Saved As" per each line-item with a unique file name, and e-mailed to me.
ALL DEALER ORDERS NOT GOING THROUGH THE WEB MUST BE IN WRITING, EITHER VIA E-MAIL OR SNAIL-MAIL, SUBMITTED WITH UP-TO-DATE SHIPPING ADDRESS INFO, WITH ALL BARREL OPTIONS AND VARIABLES ACCOUNTED FOR (IDEALLY USING THE DEALER ORDER SHEET, ONE PER LINE-ITEM*). WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING DEALER ORDERS JUST OVER THE PHONE--COMPLETE ORDER DETAILS MUST BE IN-WRITING ON RECORD WITH US BEFORE WE PROCEED WITH CUTTING STEEL!
Dealer pricing is a separate category than any retail sales or promotions, which occur periodically and are not consistently priced like dealer pricing. Dealer pricing is almost always a higher discount than any retail sales or promotions.

Wait times are just an estimate, as tools can break requiring replacement, extending our lead time by 6 to 8 weeks or more.
AS OF 02/21/2021 - Due to overwhelming production volumes, we are currently not doing custom contours/non-standard customization options at this time except for custom engraving/company logos (which can now be handled in Bronze Dealer orders via your dealer login and by visiting here).
For custom engraving or using your company's logo, first send in the logo file in .DXF format to sgrozik[at]x-caliber[dot]net, then build up the barrel you want using the appropriate AR barrel page, add it to the cart, then go to the barrel engraving page, and where it says "Web Order #" write in "This Order" for a single barrel, or if you're doing it by line-item, then for example say "Line-Item #1" when applying the engraving to your first line-item in the cart. Then for the "Engrave What?" field, just put in "My Company Logo (On File)" and we'll apply the submitted logo to that order (subject to approval).
We do not have any minimum ordering requirements or any MAP restrictions.

*A line-item is any quantity of the exact-same type of barrel (or item), listed numerically in its own row within the cart or invoice. Any change of specifications (length, caliber, contour, etc.) yields a new line-item.

All AR Barrels will come with X-Caliber Logos engraved by default, unless specified otherwise by purchaser on EACH order!

Notification to all dealers utilizing authorized Net25 Terms on applicable orders:
Due to increased frequency in delinquent Net25 payments received, X-Caliber Barrel & MFG will now be charging a late fee of 5% on all invoices which are not paid on or before their stated due date. If the invoiced due date is delinquent beyond 30 days, there will be another 8% fee charged, which will then compound every 30 days thereafter the outstanding payment due remains delinquent.
March 30th, 2022
Any dealer orders placed with terms that are ready for and pending shipment will be held from shipment if any previous orders from the same dealer were placed with terms and have amounts due which are outstanding.
May 11th, 2022
Net25 Terms from this date going forward are hereby suspended for all future dealer orders, with certain exceptions that may be made on a case-by-case basis.
